It's been a long week. My dad been here all week and we've been getting so much done around the house. I'll post pictures and you'll see how much we got done! Yellow is the color of the day...all sunny around here.

Dad in Town

My dad is in town and helping me with some of my projects. Today he made us his famously good refried frijoles!! YUM He dug out the sidewalk and getting ready for the gravel and edging. Tomorrow we'll finish digging and work on leveling out soil around the house. Work was tough today. Tough to stay focus when so many voices and conversations going around you. Dinner was good, brother came by and met up with several friends. Happy Valentine's Day to everybody....a good day! Flowers and all.

Super Bowl over, football over, season ends....
Basketball now...
Getting ready for some major projects and some not so major ones.
Invite orders coming in, too.
Need to finish up on some design work to be able to move forward.

Dog day

Walking my dogs... my puppy won't quit pulling on the leash. OMG he wore me out. Practice makes perfect, right? I will walk him everyday and he will learn to walk without pulling on the leash. I do love the chill in the air. Making some progress on my project lists and to do lists. That feels real good. I even found some time to read. Chocolate is the color of the day!

Moving on....

I finally started my house project list. I need to make some headway to all the projects. Lists, lists, lists, lists..... I need to set some goals and get them done. I did get my bathroom sink! That's a huge deal. I measured out my craft room so I can paint and rearrange. I talked to Cathy and that was a great help. Took the dogs for a walk and boy that was an adventure. Still trying to get the puppy to heal and not pull!

Monday

Work, excel files wrong, excel files corrected...lists done right. Grocery shopping and way too hungry to care what I needed. Filled up the shopping cart ... no problem. Toys for the dogs. Not that they deserve them since the fiasco of the waterbed. Need to new bed to say the least. More shopping. None of this is helping with the mojo! Purple the color of the day...

The beginning

Watching football and working on Vancouver vacation photos. Too many to choose my favorite. Oh, I'm also making dinner.... it's done. New lava lamp is very calming. I need to find my creative mojo. Maybe this week.
